Vegan Buttercream Icing
This recipe yielded enough icing to cover one half of a two layer cake, and had a rather thing consistency. Adjust the quantities if you need more or less!
Ingredients
- 225g Icing Sugar
- 23g Pure or other dairy-free butter alternative
- 30ml Soya Milk or other dairy-free milk
- 1 tsp orange flavouring (substitute for your favourite flavour!)
- A dash of food colouring, if desired
1). Sieve the icing sugar into the bowl.
2). Add the Pure, soya milk and flavouring and mix well, making sure the butter is properly mixed in.
3). Carefully add the food colouring and mix until it's the colour you need.
4). Refrigerate until needed!
