Pasta Burgers
Mum and I were inspired by this Bosh post, but we didn't have all of the required ingredients so we improvised! These are super easy to make and made 4 crispy burgers.
Ingredients:
- 1 can aduki beans
- 125g dried pasta
- 1 TBSP chilli powder
- 1 TBSP paprika
- Salt
- 2 TBSP tomato puree
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1/2 TBSP vegan worcestershire sauce (make sure it doesn't contain fish!)
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions
3. Lightly fry the onion until slightly browned
4.In a food processor, add all of the ingredients and pulse until everything is blended but not completely smooth
5. Shape into four large circles on a lined baking tray (you can add a tiny bit of oil to them if you want)
6. Bake for 20-40 minutes until they're crispy and dark brown
7. Serve in a bun with your choice of sides!
