Favourite Lush Products (Summer 2017)
I've been obsessed with Lush since I can remember, and they never fail to make great creative (and cruelty free!) products that cover so many aspects! These ones are a mix of great newly-released items with some classics that never get old.
Sleepy
Yellow Submarine Bath Bomb
R&B Hair Moisturiser
Lord of Misrule Shower Cream
Sharing a scent with the Halloween exclusive bath bomb with the same name, this shower cream has a vanilla, black pepper and patchouli scent (and also doubles great as shaving cream!) It also makes your skin look slightly green in the shower but this instantly disappears once you wash it off, which is cool.
[Note: I think this particular bottle was bought in the Oxford Street store. However, the website labels it as a 'kitchen exclusive' so I don't think it's available in the regular shops, but I'll update this if I find this to be untrue!]
Dragon's Egg Bath Bomb
Cheer Up Buttercup Bath Bomb
Sleepy
This lotion is a life saver!! If you have any trouble sleeping this is so worth the investment. At £7.95 for a small pot or £13.95 for a large one it may seem expensive, but you only need a small amount. It has a very similar sent to the twilight bath bomb; sweet candied lavender. Its gentle aroma will definitely help you get a good night's sleep.
Yellow Submarine Bath Bomb
I believe my Mum picked this up for me in the Oxford Street store when it was still an exclusive there, but it's now available in shops across the country! The yellow submarine bath bomb has a citrus scent which I absolutely adore. It makes beautiful sunset-like patterns in the bath whilst dissolving and eventually turns the water yellow. What's great is you don't even need to use the whole thing in one go; half is plenty for a wonderful bath experience.
R&B Hair Moisturiser
I picked this up in York a couple of weekends ago for my hair, which is ridiculously curly and can be quite dry at times. This shares a scent with Jungle conditioner (think coconut) and you don't need too much for it to make your hair super soft!

Dragon's Egg Bath Bomb
This is the first bath bomb I ever bought from Lush, and my absolute favourite! It may appear bland first off, but once you put it in the bath it releases confetti, popping candy and glitter to make a beautiful bath. It has a citrusy-sherbert scent, and it's also big enough to split it and use it for two baths, which is useful seeing as they're £3.95 each.
It can be halved but it's rather crumbly. You've been warned!
Cheer Up Buttercup Bath Bomb
The final item in this post, this new yellow bath bomb may be small but it's gorgeous. It has a lime scent (sensing a theme here?) and turns the water a vibrant yellow colour, also releasing small cornflowers. It leaves your skin super smooth, and despite its bright appearance the scent isn't too in-your-face.
